CAPS Assessment definition
CAPS Assessment means an assessment completed in a single entry data system, currently denoted as Client Assessment and Planning System (CAPS), used for completing a comprehensive and holistic assessment, surveying the Client’s physical, mental, and social functioning, and identifying risk factors, Client choices and preferences, and the status of service needs.
