Capitation Fees definition

Capitation Fees means any amount, by whatever name called, whether in cash or in kind paid or collected or received directly or indirectly in addition to the fees determined under section -4;
Capitation Fees means any kind of donation or contribution or payment other than the fee notified by the school.
Capitation Fees means the per subscriber fees to health care providers incurred under Capitation Agreements, net of amounts paid or payable to the Company by providers under such agreements.
