CAPITATED MEMBER definition
CAPITATED MEMBER means a Member with respect to whom APS has assumed financial responsibility for MHSA Services in accordance with the terms of this Agreement. Capitated Members include Members in non-governmental Enrolling Units as well as Medicare Members, Medicaid Members, and Members in other government sponsored Enrolling Units.
CAPITATED MEMBER means any individual Member of JSA who is up to-date with the payment of his capitation levies to SSA, and the words “capitation”,
CAPITATED MEMBER means any individual member of an Affiliate Member who is up to date with the payment of his capitation levies to SSA, and the word ‘capitation’, ‘capitated levy or levies’ and the like shall have the corresponding meaning in context.
