Capital Works Program definition

Capital Works Program means the indicative program of works maintained by the Local Government.
Capital Works Program means the five (5) year indicative program of works maintained by Council.
Capital Works Program means capital maintenance works (renewal of in-service assets) and capital enhancement works (expanded or new assets).
