Capital Repayment Date definition

Capital Repayment Date means those dates named as such and as set out in Appendix 3, as inserted into this Agreement by the Lender on or about the first Drawing Date, and amended from time to time by the Lender in accordance with clause 9;
Capital Repayment Date means the 18th of September of each year from (and including) the 18th of September 2008 to (and including) the 18th of September 2017 or three Business Days following the relevant Swap Payment Date, whichever is later, or each such other date or dates as the Directors may determine.
Capital Repayment Date means the annual dates upon which a Capital Repayment may become due by the Borrower in terms of clause 7A.2, which dates are reflected in the CR Table and the first of which shall occur on 31 August 2023;

Examples of Capital Repayment Date in a sentence

  • Guarantee will be issued under which a claim could be made at a time after the Working Capital Repayment Date in relation to the Working Capital Facility unless the Working Capital Bank (in its sole discretion and upon such terms as it reasonably requires) agrees otherwise.

  • Interest under Clause 9.2.1 on amounts outstanding by way of overdraft under the Working Capital Facility shall be paid by the relevant Borrower to the Working Capital Bank, on the Working Capital Bank's usual quarterly charging days and the Working Capital Repayment Date and will accrue from day to day on the basis of actual days elapsed and a year of 365 days (in the case of Sterling borrowings) or 360 days (in the case of Canadian Dollar or Optional Currency (other than Sterling) borrowings).

  • The final instalment of each and every Advance shall be paid on the Final Repayment Date, notwithstanding that the period between the previous Capital Repayment Date and the Final Repayment Date may be less than three months.

  • Such procedure shall be repeated annually as at each Capital Repayment Date in respect of all Capital Repayment Amounts in respect of which this rollover treatment has been applied.
