Capital Outstanding definition

Capital Outstanding means, at any time, the aggregate principal amount outstanding of the Loan, together with capitalised interest, if any, thereon;
Capital Outstanding means at any point in time, that portion of the Capital Amount which has not yet been repaid by the Borrower to the Lender;
Capital Outstanding means, in relation to any Equipment the subject of a Lease Schedule and for any date, the amount set out in the "Schedule of Capital Outstanding" annexed to that Lease Schedule (being the schedule annexed as at the date that Lease Schedule is entered into or such other schedule as may have been substituted therefor from time to time following a prepayment by the Lessee under Clause 16.3(a) or an Event of Loss in respect of part of the Equipment pursuant to Clause 15.5(c)) opposite that date (if the relevant date is a Rental Payment Date) and opposite the immediately preceding Rental Payment Date (if the relevant date is not a Rental Payment Date).

  • On each Adjustment Date the Lessor will pay or receive interest calculated (on a daily basis and using a 365 day year) on the daily balances during each Adjustment Period of Notional Capital Outstanding calculated at the Assumed Rate.
