CapEx Work definition

CapEx Work means any replacements and/or alterations to the Property to be completed from time to time.
CapEx Work means the capital improvements and other work to floors 37-47 of the Office Building contemplated by the Capex Budget, as set forth in the plans and specifications for such work approved by Collateral Agent.
CapEx Work is defined in Section 7.1.

  • CapEx Work Means: “[A]ll capital modifications, replacements, or additions to the Ballpark.” Section1.1, page 5.

  • The Automobile Liability insurance must include the PFD as an additional insured for all claims arising in connection with the Club’s use and management of the Leased Premises and the Club’s Operations, Maintenance and CapEx Work.

  • As of the Effective Date, any and all unanticipated capital costs, as referenced in such settlement agreement, shall constitute CapEx Work pursuant to this Agreement.

  • If and to the extent the Club undertakes certain CapEx Work that would give rise to an exception in the coverage provided in Section 9.3.1, above, the Club shall purchase and keep in force Builders’ Risk insurance against all insurable risk, including earthquake and flood, in an amount equal to 100% of the completed value of such CapEx Work undertaken by the Club pursuant to the CapEx Work Plan until such time as such CapEx Work is completed.

  • The availability of funds in the County Tax Revenues Fund from which the PFD may pay for County Eligible CapEx Work (defined below) is subject to: (i) satisfaction of conditions precedent to the County’s obligation to transfer County Tax Revenues to the PFD, pursuant to Section 1 of the Funding Agreement; and (ii) the PFD’s actual receipt of such funds from the County.

  • The Club may not be reimbursed from the CapEx Fund for CapEx Work undertaken by the Club if such reimbursement would reduce the balance of the CapEx Fund below $3,000,000 (the “Minimum Balance”), nor shall funds from the CapEx Fund directly pay CapEx Expenses if such direct payment would cause the balance of the CapEx Fund to fall below the Minimum Balance.

  • The Club shall promptly reimburse to the CapEx Fund any amounts paid therefrom for any CapEx Work to the extent the Club receives funds from any source as reimbursement for CapEx Expenses incurred during the Term (including, but not limited to, insurance proceeds and recovery from third parties).

Related to CapEx Work

  • Construction Work means any work in connection with

  • New Work means any Services/Deliverables outside the scope of the Contract and not specifically provided under any Statement of Work, that once added will result in the need to provide the Contractor with additional consideration.

  • Tenant Improvement Allowance in the maximum amount of $200.00 per rentable square foot in the Premises, which is included in the Base Rent set forth in the Lease; and

  • demolition work means a method to dismantle, wreck, break, pull down or knock down of a structure or part thereof by way of manual labour, machinery, or the use of explosives;

  • Landlord’s Work means the work of constructing the Tenant Improvements.

  • Tenant Improvement Work means the construction of the Tenant Improvements, together with any related work (including demolition) that is necessary to construct the Tenant Improvements.

  • Installation Work means the construction and installation of the System and the Start-up, testing and acceptance (but not the operation and maintenance) thereof; all performed by or for the Power Producer at the Premises.

  • Tenant Improvements Defined in Exhibit B, if any.

  • Excavation work means the making of any man-made cavity, trench, pit or depression formed by cutting, digging or scooping;

  • Total Contract Price/Project Cost/TCO means the price payable to Service Provider over the entire period of Contract for the full and proper performance of its contractual obligations.

  • Building Work has the meaning given to it in section 6 of the Building and Construction Industry (Improving Productivity) Act 2016 (Cth);

  • Construction Budget means the fully-budgeted costs for the acquisition and construction of a given parcel of real property (including, without limitation, the cost of acquiring such parcel of real property, reserves for construction interest and operating deficits, tenant improvements, leasing commissions, and infrastructure costs) as reasonably determined by the Parent in good faith.

  • Construction project means the same as that term is defined in Section 38-1a-102.

  • Construction Plant means appliances, machinery with necessary supply to up keep and maintenance of the works or temporary works but dose not include materials or other things intended to form part of the permanent work.

  • Tenant’s Work means all improvements, alterations, fixture, equipment, and signage installation, and furniture placement necessary or appropriate for the conduct of the Permitted Use, including all work described as Tenant’s Work on Exhibit D, attached (the “Work Letter”).

  • a work means the outcome of building or civil engineering works taken as a whole which is sufficient in itself to fulfil an economic or technical function;

  • Construction Contractor means a person who undertakes to or offers to undertake to, or purports to have the capacity to undertake to, or submits a bid to, or does himself or by or through others, construct, alter, repair, add to, subtract from, improve, move, wreck, or demolish any building, highway, road, railroad, excavation, or other structure, project, development, or improvement to real property, or to do any part thereof. "Construction contractor" includes subcontractors, specialty contractors, prime contractors, and any person receiving consideration for the general supervision and/or coordination of such a construction project except for remediation contracting. This definition shall govern without regard to whether or not the construction contractor is acting in fulfillment of a contract.

  • Project Work means the work required to complete the Project.

  • Landlord Work means the work, if any, that Landlord is obligated to perform in the Premises pursuant to a separate agreement (the “Work Letter”), if any, attached to this Lease as Exhibit C.

  • Total Contract Price/Project Cost/TCO means the price payable to Service Provider over the entire period of Contract for the full and proper performance of its contractual obligations.

  • Temporary clean coal technology demonstration project means a clean coal technology demonstration project that is operated for a period of five years or less and that complies with the SIP and other requirements necessary to attain and maintain the national ambient air quality standards during the project and after the project is terminated.

  • As-built drawings, as used in this clause, means drawings submitted by the Contractor or subcontractor at any tier to show the construction of a particular structure or work as actually completed under the contract. “As-built drawings” shall be synonymous with “Record

  • Punch List means the list of items, prepared in connection with the inspection of the Project by the Owner’s Representative or Architect in connection with Substantial Completion of the Work or a portion of the Work, which the Owner’s Representative or Architect has designated as remaining to be performed, completed or corrected before the Work will be accepted by the Owner.

  • Digital audio-visual work means a series of related images which, when shown in succession, imparts an impression of motion, together with accompanying sounds, if any.

  • Project Costs means all allowable costs, as set forth in the applicable Federal cost principles, incurred by a recipient and the value of the contribu- tions made by third parties in accom- plishing the objectives of the award during the project period.

  • Subprojects means more than one such Subproject.
