CapEx Target definition

CapEx Target means the amount of capital expenditures that the Company and its Subsidiaries propose to have made and recognized by the Closing, in accordance with the schedule set forth in the CapEx Budget.
CapEx Target means the amount of R$73,900,000.00 per month, established in accordance with the CAPEX Plan. The CAPEX Target shall be calculated considering the cumulative amount from January 1, 2020, to the Closing Date, as shown in Exhibit 3.7. For the purposes of clarification, if the Closing occurs on October 31, 2021, the CAPEX Target shall be twenty-two (22) months, multiplied by R$73,900,000.00.
CapEx Target means the product of (a) $263,000, multiplied by (b) that number of calendar days between and including January 1, 2015 and the day immediately preceding the Closing Date.

More Definitions of CapEx Target

CapEx Target means the sum of (1) $5,175,000 plus (2) $8,300 per day during the period between January 1, 2000 and the Closing Date;

CapEx Target means the sum of (i) for each calendar quarter of 2014 ended prior to the Closing Date, the absolute value of the amount set forth in Section 1.01(a) of the Company Disclosure Schedule for such quarter, and (ii) for the calendar quarter of 2014 in which the Closing Date occurs, (A) the absolute value of the amount set forth in Section 1.01(a) of the Company Disclosure Schedule for such quarter multiplied by (B) a fraction, the numerator of which is the number of days in such quarter prior to the Closing Date, and the denominator of which is the total number of days in such quarter.
CapEx Target means an amount equal to $13,348,000.
