  • Customer(s) authorizes Cape or Cape's agents to investigate Customer’s background and credit standing and in connection therewith to contact such banks, financial institutions, and credit agencies as Cape shall deem appropriate to verify information regarding said Customer(s).

  • The advice given and the actions taken with respect to such clients and Cape's or Portfolio Advisor’s own accounts may differ from advice given or the timing and nature of action taken with respect to Client’s account.
