Capacity Test Procedures definition

Capacity Test Procedures means the written test procedures, standards, protective settings and testing programs for the Capacity Tests pursuant to Exhibit P.]
Capacity Test Procedures has the meaning set forth in Section 4.5(a)(ii).
Capacity Test Procedures means the procedures and requirements to be followed and complied with during the Capacity Test Period and used to determine whether the Capacity Test Period criteria have been satisfied, as developed and approved in accordance with Clause 1.4 (Capacity Test Procedures).

Examples of Capacity Test Procedures in a sentence

  • Annual Capacity Tests shall be conducted by Tenaska in accordance with Georgia PPA Capacity Test Procedures.

  • Each Capacity Test shall be performed in accordance with the capacity test procedures set forth in Exhibit F attached hereto and mutually agreed to by the Members (the "Capacity Test Procedures").

  • If the Independent Engineer invalidates the First Tested Capacity or the Revised Tested Capacity, a Capacity Test will be performed again in accordance with the Capacity Test Procedures until the Independent Engineer has validated the results of a Capacity Test, and the Final Tested Capacity will be equal to the result of such Capacity Test.

  • The results of any Capacity Test conducted under this Section 4.5(a) will not be deemed final until the Independent Engineer confirms that (x) such Capacity Tests were performed in accordance with the Capacity Test Procedures and that (y) the results of such Capacity Test were correctly calculated.

  • If abnormal operating conditions that prevent the recording of any required parameter occur during an SCT, Seller may postpone or reschedule all or part of such SCT in accordance with Section A.1.2.F of these Storage Capacity Test Procedures.

  • Calculation of Liquidated Damages Capacity Shortfall Liquidated Damages Calculation Contractor guarantees that, upon the conclusion of the Capacity Test described in this Appendix U and the attachments hereto conducted in accordance with the Capacity Test Procedures, Measured Capacity shall be at least equal to the Guaranteed Capacity (the “Capacity Guarantee”).

  • After successful completion of the Acceptance Tests in Section 1.a. of this Attachment N (Acceptance Test General Criteria), Seller shall be permitted to conduct the Capacity Test pursuant to Section 5.1(D) (Capacity Test) in accordance with the procedures set forth in Attachment W (Capacity Test Procedures).

  • After successful completion of the Acceptance Tests in Section 4.a. of this Attachment B (Facility Owned by Seller), Seller shall be permitted to conduct the Capacity Test pursuant to Section 5.1(D) (Capacity Test) in accordance with the procedures set forth in Attachment W (Capacity Test Procedures).

  • After successful completion of the Acceptance Tests, Seller shall be allowed to conduct Capacity Tests (subject to inspection by Company) in accordance with the testing procedures set forth in Attachment W (Capacity Test Procedures), to determine the Demonstrated Firm Capacity of the Facility and whether Capacity Charge payments may be adjusted in accordance with Section 5.1(F) (Capacity Shortfall) and should begin in accordance with Section 5.1(G) (Commencement of Capacity Charge Payments).
