Capacity Reservation definition

Capacity Reservation means a third party's commitment, option or other agreement under which the Partnership receives consideration in exchange for the reservation of future regasification capacity of the Project.
Capacity Reservation means the level of demand the Customer contracts for on a monthly basis from the Company and shall be that amount up to or equal to the amount of Customer owned generation or capacity from another electric source.

Capacity Reservation has the meaning given in Section 6.5.
