Capacity Increase means the additional capacity increase to the Licensed Software that may be obtained by a Customer during the term of this License Agreement, as set out in Schedule A hereto:

Capacity Increase means an increase in a sub-installation’s installed capacity whereby one or more identifiable physical changes relating to its technical configuration and functioning other than a replacement of an existing production line takes place;

• Each Planning Party shall advise ColumbiaGrid of any Capacity Increase Projects that it is planning or anticipates participating in on the RIS.

More Definitions of Capacity Increase

Capacity Increase. If Contract Capacity has been increased for any reason, the provisions of this Contract shall be applicable to the Increased Contract Capacity.

Capacity Increase means additional Capacity that Customer may purchase during the term of this License Agreement;

Capacity Increase means an InfiniBox’s Virtual Capacity minus its Purchased Capacity. Capacity on Demand (“CoD”) means a purchasing option that enables Customers to purchase a portion of an InfiniBox's Virtual Capacity. CoD Capped means that the maximum amount of an InfiniBox’s Virtual Capacity that must be purchased is capped at an amount specified on the Order Document (the “CoD Cap”). CoD Uncapped means that the maximum amount of an InfiniBox’s Virtual Capacity that must be purchased is not capped and may exceed the InfiniBox’s Physical Capacity.
