Capacity Baseline definition

Capacity Baseline means the CAISO baseline as applicable to the PDR(s) or RDRR(s) in the DRAM Resource, as specified in the CAISO Tariff.
Capacity Baseline means a CAISO baseline as applicable to the PDR(s) in the DRAM Resource, as specified in the CAISO Tariff and approved by the CPUC for retail settlement purposes in the DRAM, and as limited by the following: (i) a day matching customer load ten-in-ten baseline with a twenty percent (20%) cap; (ii) a weather matching baseline with a forty percent (40%) cap; (iii) the use of control groups; and (iv) a five-in-ten baseline for residential customers, with a forty percent (40%) cap, as utilized for the calculation of Qualifying Capacity and Demonstrated Capacity, and for CAISO settlements, in accordance with Section 1.6 of this Agreement.

Examples of Capacity Baseline in a sentence

  • The Demonstrated Capacity will equal the maximum hourly load reduction during any hour of such Dispatch as calculated using the PDR Capacity Baseline.

  • The Demonstrated Capacity for System and Local Capacity will equal the maximum hourly load reduction during any hour of such Dispatch as calculated using the Capacity Baseline and the Demonstrated Capacity for Flexible Capacity will equal the average hourly load reduction calculated using the Capacity Baseline.

Related to Capacity Baseline

  • Base Capacity Resource Price Decrement means, for the 2018/2019 and 2019/2020 Delivery Years, a difference between the clearing price for Base Capacity Resources and the clearing price for Capacity Performance Resources, representing the cost to procure additional Capacity Performance Resources out of merit order when the Base Capacity Resource Constraint is binding.

  • Baseline means the “Initial Small Business Lending Baseline” set forth on the Initial Supplemental Report (as defined in the Definitive Agreement), subject to adjustment pursuant to Section 3(a).

  • Base Capacity Resource means a Capacity Resource as described in Tariff, Attachment DD, section 5.5A(b).

  • Capacity Storage Resource means any hydroelectric power plant, flywheel, battery storage, or other such facility solely used for short term storage and injection of energy at a later time to participate in the PJM energy and/or Ancillary Services markets and which participates in the Reliability Pricing Model.

  • Capacity Utilization Factor or “CUF” Shall have the same meaning as provided in CERC (Terms and Conditions for Tariff determination from Renewable Energy Sources) Regulations, 2009 as amended from time to time.

  • Capacity Performance Resource means a Capacity Resource as described in Tariff, Attachment DD, section 5.5A(a).

  • Generation Capacity Resource shall have the meaning specified in the Reliability Assurance Agreement. Generation Interconnection Customer:

  • Planned Financed Generation Capacity Resource means a Planned Generation Capacity Resource that, prior to August 7, 2015, has an effective Interconnection Service Agreement and has submitted to the Office of the Interconnection the appropriate certification attesting achievement of Financial Close.

  • Base Capacity Demand Resource Price Decrement means, for the 2018/2019 and 2019/2020 Delivery Years, a difference between the clearing price for Base Capacity Demand Resources and Base Capacity Energy Efficiency Resources and the clearing price for Base Capacity Resources and Capacity Performance Resources, representing the cost to procure additional Base Capacity Resources or Capacity Performance Resources out of merit order when the Base Capacity Demand Resource Constraint is binding.

  • Capacity Resource shall have the meaning provided in the Reliability Assurance Agreement. Commencement Date:

  • Planned External Financed Generation Capacity Resource means a Planned External Generation Capacity Resource that, prior to August 7, 2015, has an effective agreement that is the equivalent of an Interconnection Service Agreement, has submitted to the Office of the Interconnection the appropriate certification attesting achievement of Financial Close, and has secured at least 50 percent of the MWs of firm transmission service required to qualify such resource under the deliverability requirements of the Reliability Assurance Agreement.

  • Load means energy consumed by Customers together with allocated losses and unaccounted for energy;

  • Project Capacity means the AC capacity of the project at the generating terminal(s) and to be contracted with MSEDCL for supply from the Solar Power Project.

  • Capacity factor means the ratio of the average load on a machine or equipment for the period of time considered to the capacity rating of the machine or equipment.

  • Capacity Charge means a charge for public facilities in existence at the time a charge is imposed or charges for new public facilities to be acquired or constructed in the future that are of proportional benefit to the person or property being charged, including supply or capacity contracts for rights or entitlements, real property interests, and entitlements and other rights of the local agency involving capital expense relating to its use of existing or new public facilities. A “capacity charge” does not include a commodity charge.

  • Contract Capacity has the meaning set forth in Section 3.1(f).

  • Capacity Payment means a payment to a capacity provider under these Regulations for its commitment to meet a capacity obligation during a delivery year;

  • Potential electrical output capacity means, with regard to a unit, 33 per- cent of the maximum design heat input of the unit.

  • Attachment point means a point on the network at which network assets are connected to assets owned by another person.

  • Baseline Schedule means the initial time schedule prepared by Contractor for Owner’s information and acceptance that conveys Contractor’s and Subcontractors’ activities (including coordination and review activities required in the Contract Documents to be performed by A/E and ODR), durations, and sequence of work related to the entire Project to the extent required by the Contract Documents. The schedule clearly demonstrates the critical path of activities, durations and necessary predecessor conditions that drive the end date of the schedule. The Baseline Schedule shall not exceed the time limit current under the Contract Documents.

  • Performance Monitoring System has the meaning given to it in paragraph 1.1.2 in Part B of Schedule 6 (Service Levels, Service Credits and Performance Monitoring);

  • Process weight means the total weight of all materials introduced into any source operation. Solid fuels charged will be considered as part of the process weight, but liquid and gaseous fuels and combustion air will not.
