Capacitors definition

Capacitors means aluminum, tantalum or film capacitors, as they have been defined in the Consolidated Third Amended Class Action Complaint and Complaint of Flextronics International USA, Inc. filed on September 6, 2017.
Capacitors means electronic components that store electric charges between one or more pairs of conductors separated by an insulator. It includes electrolytic, aluminum, tantalum and/or Film Capacitors.
