Capability Tests definition

Capability Tests means, collectively, the Substantial Completion Capability Tests and the Final Completion Capability Tests.
Capability Tests means the capability tests described in Exhibit H.

  • Testing will be carried out, not necessarily in the following sequence although the Performance Guarantee Tests must be carried out after the Reliability Test Run: • Tests of correct functioning • Functional Tests • Equipment Tests • Plant Capability Tests • Reliability Test Run • Performance Guarantee Tests The Works must comply with all environmental limitation during start-up, commissioning and testing.

  • The Contractor shall conduct the following Capability Tests on the Facility and/or each Unit and its equipment to demonstrate operational safety and flexibility of the Facility and/or the Unit.

  • However, certain Capability Tests, because of their respective requirements, will not be required to operate at base load or in the normal, stable, and automatic mode.

  • Following completion of the Capability Tests, a detailed test report shall be completed for each of the Capability Tests.

  • Notwithstanding the foregoing, the Service Provider shall not receive any Response Payments for the hours when it performs any Capability Tests or other tests required by this Agreement.

Related to Capability Tests

  • Performance Tests means all tests meant to ensure that the Plant(s)/Unit(s) is/are in all respects in accordance with the requirements of the Contract and that the Plant functions properly and smoothly, in all respects as per the approved design parameters, within the permissible tolerances, and satisfies all the stipulated operating parameters, and will include the Guarantee Tests.

  • Test means such test as is prescribed by the particulars or considered necessary by the Inspecting Officer whether performed or made by the Inspecting Officer or any agency acting under the direction of the Inspecting Officer;

  • Performance Test means all operational checks and tests required to determine the performance parameters including inter-alia capacity, efficiency and operating characteristics of the Stores as specified in the Contract.

  • Penetration Testing means security testing in which assessors mimic real-world attacks to identify methods for circumventing the security features of an application, system, or network. (NIST SP 800-115)

  • Maintenance Test means the maintenance test set out in Clause 12.1 (Maintenance Test).
