Cap Table definition

Cap Table has the meaning ascribed to it in Section 11.20 (Release of Obligations).
Cap Table means the capitalization table for Company as of the Initial Closing Date or the Additional Closing Date, as applicable, a copy of which has been delivered to Cornell.
Cap Table shall have the meaning provided in Section 5.14.

  • The Borrower shall provide Agent with an updated Cap Table within ten (10) Business Days following a change in ownership of any Credit Party.

  • Water table means the upper surface of a zone of saturation, where the body of ground water is not confined by an overlying impermeable zone.

It also includes both the age−nearest−birthday and age−last−birthday bases of the mortality tables.
