Cap Strike definition

Cap Strike means the value specified in the Final Terms. "Cap Strike 1" means the value specified in the Final Terms. "Cap Strike 2" means the value specified in the Final Terms. "Cap Strike Lower" means the value specified in the Final Terms. "Cap Strike Upper" means the value specified in the Final Terms. "Change in Law" as specified in Condition 9 (Change in Law).

Examples of Cap Strike in a sentence

  • The Interest Rate Cap Agreement shall have a strike rate equal to the LIBOR Cap Strike Rate.

  • The notional amount of the Interest Rate Cap Agreement may be reduced from time to time in amounts equal to any prepayment of the principal of the Loan made in accordance with the Loan Documents, provided that the strike rate shall be equal to the LIBOR Cap Strike Rate.

  • The notional amount of the Interest Rate Cap Agreement may be reduced from time to time in amounts equal to any prepayment of the principal of the Loan made in accordance with the Loan Documents (Mezzanine), provided that the strike rate shall be equal to the LIBOR Cap Strike Rate.

  • For the Class 1-A-1 and Class 3-A-1 Certificates and any Distribution Date on or prior to the Yield Maintenance Agreement Termination Date, an amount equal to the product of (a) the excess, if any, of (i) the lesser of one-month LIBOR, as determined in the Yield Maintenance Agreement, and the related Maximum Cap Rate over (ii) the related Cap Strike Rate, (b) the related Yield Maintenance Notional Amount set forth for such Distribution Date in the table in Schedule IV or Schedule V, and (c) one-twelfth.

  • For the Class 5-A-1 Certificates and any Distribution Date on or prior to the Yield Maintenance Agreement Termination Date, an amount equal to the product of (a) the excess, if any, of (i) the lesser of one-month LIBOR, as determined in the Yield Maintenance Agreement, and the Maximum Cap Rate over (ii) the related Cap Strike Rate, (b) the Yield Maintenance Notional Amount set forth for such Distribution Date in the table in Schedule IV, and (c) one-twelfth.

  • The Interest Rate Cap Agreement during both the Initial Term (if required) and the Extension Term shall have a strike rate equal to the LIBOR Cap Strike Rate.

  • For the Class V-A-1 Certificates and any Distribution Date on or prior to the Yield Maintenance Agreement Termination Date, an amount equal to the product of (a) the excess, if any, of (i) the lesser of one-month LIBOR as determined in the Yield Maintenance Agreement and the Maximum Cap Rate over (ii) the Cap Strike Rate, (b) the Yield Maintenance Notional Amount set forth for such Distribution Date in the table in Schedule VII and (c) one-twelfth.

  • For the Class 5-A-1 Certificates and any Distribution Date on or prior to the Yield Maintenance Agreement Termination Date, an amount equal to the product of (a) the excess, if any, of (i) the lesser of one-month LIBOR, as determined in the Yield Maintenance Agreement, and the Maximum Cap Rate over (ii) the Cap Strike Rate, (b) the Yield Maintenance Notional Amount set forth for such Distribution Date in the table in Schedule V and (c) one-twelfth.

  • The strike rate of the Series 2010-6 Interest Rate Cap as of the A&R Effective Date shall not be greater than the Series 2010-6 Required Cap Strike Rate.

  • For the Class II-A-1, Class II-A-5 and Class II-A-7 Certificates and any Distribution Date on or prior to the related Yield Maintenance Agreement Termination Date, an amount equal to the product of (a) the excess, if any, of (i) the lesser of Certificate Index and the related Maximum Cap Rate over (ii) the related Cap Strike Rate, (b) the related Yield Maintenance Notional Amount set forth for such Distribution Date in the table in Schedule IX, Schedule X or Schedule XI, as applicable, and (c) one-twelfth.

Related to Cap Strike

  • Cap Contract Any of the Class A-1 Cap Contract, the Class A-2 Cap Contract or the Subordinate Certificates Cap Contract.

  • Strike means the Strike as specified in § 1 of the Product and Underlying Data.

  • Strike Date means, in respect of a Security and subject to the Adjustment Provisions, 19 May 2021 or, if such date is not a Scheduled Trading Day the next following Scheduled Trading Day thereafter unless, in the opinion of the Calculation Agent such day is a Disrupted Day. If such day is a Disrupted Day, then the provisions of Condition 12 (Consequences of Disrupted Days) below shall apply.

  • Strike Level means the Strike Level as specified in § 1 of the Product and Underlying Data.

  • Fixed Swap Payment With respect to any Distribution Date, a fixed amount equal to the related amount set forth in the Interest Rate Swap Agreement.
