CAP Financial Statements definition
CAP Financial Statements means (i) the separate unaudited balance sheet for each of the properties listed on Schedule 4.4(a)(2) (other than the Construction Property) as of December 31, 1997 and the related unaudited statements of operations and cash flows for the year ending December 31, 1997 and (ii) the separate unaudited balance sheet for each of the properties listed on Schedule 4.4(a)(2) (other than the Construction Property) as of June 30, 1998 and the related unaudited statements of operations and cash flows for the six month period ending June 30, 1998.
