Cantor Group definition

Cantor Group means Cantor and its Subsidiaries (other than any member of the BGC Partners Group or Newmark Group), Xxxxxx X. Xxxxxxx and/or any of his immediate family members as so designated by Xxxxxx X. Xxxxxxx and any trusts or other entities controlled by Xxxxxx X. Xxxxxxx.
Cantor Group means Cantor and its Subsidiaries (other than any member of the Holdings Group or the BGC Partners Group).

The provisions of this Section 10 shall be construed, corrected and implemented in a manner so as to effectuate the intended beneficial ownership limitation herein contained.

  • Founding Members means the collective reference to American Multi-Cinema, Inc., a Missouri corporation, Cinemark Media, Inc., a Delaware corporation, and Regal CineMedia Holdings, LLC, a Delaware limited liability company.
