The Administrative Agent shall have received (i) this Agreement, executed and delivered by a duly Authorized Officer of each of the parties hereto, (ii) a Confirmation re: Guarantee executed and delivered by a duly Authorized Officer of each of Opco, YPG (USA) Holdings, Inc., Yellow Pages Group, LLC, Canpages Inc.
Telework means the performance of normal and regular work functions on a workday at a location
Backsiphonage means backflow due to a reduction in system pressure in the purveyor's distribution system and/or consumer's water system.
Contract Signature Page(s) means the State of Utah cover page(s) that the State Entity and Contractor sign.
IntraLATA LEC Toll means IntraLATA Toll traffic carried solely by a Local Exchange Carrier and not by an IXC. "IntraLATA Toll Traffic" describes IntraLATA Traffic outside the Local Calling Area.
