Candlestick Point definition

Candlestick Point means all that real property situate in the City and County of San Francisco, State of California, described as follows:
Candlestick Point means that geographic area identified as Candlestick Point on Attachment 1 of this RMA.
Candlestick Point means the “Candlestick Point” property as such term is described in the ENA, including Exhibit A-2 thereto.

  • The City will convey its interest in the Old Stadium Development Site and Park Addition to the Agency in accordance with the terms of that certain Agreement for Transfer of Real Estate (Candlestick Point Property) by and between the City and the Agency dated as of the Reference Date, a copy of which is attached hereto as Attachment 3 (as amended from time to time, the “RecPark Land Transfer Agreement”), upon the termination or expiration of the 49ers Lease and the 49ers Departure.

  • If the Developer enters into negotiations with the Agency regarding a DDA relating only to the Shipyard, and not including development of Candlestick Point, Developer shall meet and confer with Lead Organizations and the ▇▇▇▇▇ ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇ Resident Council to consider options to rebuild ▇▇▇▇▇ ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇ promptly as part of that Shipyard development.

  • Universal Digital Loop Carrier (UDLC) means the DLC system that has a CO terminal channel bank that is connected to the CO switches on the analog side.

  • Tank wagon means a straight truck having 1 or more compartments other than the fuel supply tank designed or used to carry motor fuel.

  • Sailboat means the same as that term is defined in Section 73-18-2.

  • H-point means the pivot centre of the torso and thigh of the H-point machine when installed in a vehicle seat in accordance with Annex 12. Once determined in accordance with the procedure described in Annex 12, the "H" point is considered fixed in relation to the seat-cushion structure and is considered to move with it when the seat is adjusted.

  • Fat wood means pieces of wood kindling with high naturally-occurring levels of sap or resin which enhance ignition of the kindling. “Fat wood” does not include any kindling with substances added to enhance flammability, such as wax-covered or wax-impregnated wood-based products.
