Candidate Data definition

Candidate Data means data of any kind provided by a Candidate (including for the avoidance of doubt any personal data relating to the Candidate or any other person);
Candidate Data means information in any form relating to Candidates, whether submitted by Candidates to the Amberjack System or Client System or otherwise provided or made available by Candidates to Amberjack or the Client in connection with the Services, or generated by Amberjack or the Client in the course of the performance of the Services;
Candidate Data means any and all information obtained/accessed by, or disclosed to, PPTC about Candidates.

  • Further, Acolyte shall have no liability for losses arising as a result of the Client’s reliance on Intelligence Reports and Insight Reports, and the Client acknowledges that its use of the Application is based on accepting the data generated by the Application (including Candidate Data and Intelligence and Insight Reports) on an “as is” basis.

  • Following the Delivery Date of the Option Candidate Data Package for an Option Candidate other than AB-101, the Parties shall negotiate in good faith to determine the amount of upfront payments (if applicable), development milestones payments, sales milestone payments and royalty payments to be reflected in the Selected Product License Agreement for such Option Candidate if Option Exercise occurs, where the specific amounts shall reflect [***].

  • GCLC shall make qualified GCLC representatives reasonably available to Artiva (at a JSC meeting or otherwise) for discussion of such Option Candidate Data Package.

  • The Option Candidate Data Package shall be subject to review by Artiva to determine whether or not such Option Candidate Data Package is complete with respect to the activities outlined and agreed upon in the R&D Plan and that the Option Candidate meets the Option Candidate Criteria.

  • The Parties agree to regulate the processing of Candidate Data as set out in Schedule 2.

  • With respect to each Program, at such time as Aurigene in good faith believes that it has generated a Development Candidate, Aurigene shall promptly present such Development Candidate to the SOC for designation as such and provide to Curis all data and information generated by or on behalf of Aurigene with respect to such prospective Development Candidate and Program Compounds (“Development Candidate Data Package”).

  • Except as expressly set forth in, and subject to Curis’ payment when due of the Additional R&D Plan Payments for each Additional R&D Program in accordance with Section 6.4, Aurigene’s performance of the Additional R&D Program for each Additional PTP and delivery to Curis of the Development Candidate Data Package for each Additional PTP shall be at Aurigene’s sole cost and expense.

  • Subject to Curis’ issuance to Aurigene of the Upfront Equity Issuance in accordance with Section 6.1, Aurigene’s performance of the R&D Programs with respect to PTP1 and PTP2 and delivery to Curis of the Development Candidate Data Package for each of PTP1 and PTP2 shall be at Aurigene’s sole cost and expense.

Candidate Data means any and all information obtained/accessed by, or disclosed to, RTU Riga Business School about Candidates.

Candidate Data means Personal Data you upload to the Website or otherwise provide us in order to apply for a position published on our Website or elsewhere or submit a request to receive job offers from us regarding employment or various certification programs available at the Experis Websites.

Related to Candidate Data

  • Candidate means the person Introduced by the Agency to the Client for an Engagement including any officer, employee or other representative of the Candidate if the Candidate is a corporate body, and members of the Agency’s own staff;

  • Development Candidate means a Compound that meets the Development Candidate Criteria for the initiation of a Development Program for the treatment of CF, and which is the subject of a notice from Vertex to CFFT that Vertex intends to commence formal pre-clinical development of the Compound in the Field pursuant to the provisions of Section 3.1 hereof.

  • Development Data means all non-clinical, clinical, technical, chemical, safety, and scientific data and information and other results, including relevant laboratory notebook information, screening data, and synthesis schemes, including descriptions in any form, data and other information, in each case, that is generated by or resulting from or in connection with the conduct of Development of Products.

  • Clinical Data means the information with respect to the Licensed Product or the Licensed Compound made, collected or otherwise generated under or in connection with pre-clinical, clinical, or the post-Approval studies for the Licensed Compound or Licensed Product, including any data, reports and results with respect to any of the foregoing.

  • Study Data shall have the meaning set forth in Section 8.1.
