Cancelled Project definition

Cancelled Project means a PV System (a) that a Seller has removed from the Tranche due to a delay in the completion schedule or other reasons or (b) for which the related Customer Agreement is cancelled or terminated, in each case, before such PV System is Placed in Service, but after such PV System has been Purchased by Purchaser.
Cancelled Project means a Project directed towards a Lilly Target that has been deemed a Lilly Discontinued Target pursuant to Section 3.1.6.

  • If any Accepted Project becomes a Deficient Project or Cancelled Project, all risk of loss or damage to such Project shall pass back to such Seller and, if the Customer Agreements related thereto have not been terminated, such Customer Agreements shall be reassigned to such Seller by Purchaser.

More Definitions of Cancelled Project

Cancelled Project has the meaning set forth in the MEPCA.
Cancelled Project means: (a) any Construction Project for which the Company or any Subsidiary has determined not to proceed with development, construction or operation, including, for the avoidance of doubt, if such Construction Project is Disposed of pursuant to a Required Sale or Terminated PPA Sale or (b) any Construction Project which does not reach its applicable commercial operation milestone before the specified outside date in its Power Purchase Agreement (giving effect to the payment of liquidated damages and amendments and waivers thereunder, and unless a replacement Power Purchase Agreement consistent with the debt sizing criteria on which such Project is financed has been executed and is in full force and effect).

Related to Cancelled Project

  • Property, Plant and Equipment means any item of real property, or any interest therein, buildings, improvements and machinery.

  • Substitute Improvements means the substitute or additional improvements of the Issuer described in Article V hereof.

  • Existing Property means all property against which ad valorem property taxes were levied by a local unit for its concluding fiscal year, minus all property that is considered losses for purposes of ad valorem property tax levies of the local unit for the ensuing fiscal year.

  • Common space means an area on which two or more information functions (e.g. symbol) may be displayed, but not simultaneously.

  • Leasehold Improvements means all buildings, structures, improvements and fixtures located on any Leased Real Property which are owned by any Group Company, regardless of whether title to such buildings, structures, improvements or fixtures are subject to reversion to the landlord or other Third Party upon the expiration or termination of the Lease for such Leased Real Property.
