Cancellations Benchmark definition

Cancellations Benchmark means any of the performance levels in respect of Cancellations and Partial Cancellations set out in the Cancellations Benchmark Table;
Cancellations Benchmark means the table set out in Appendix 1 Table” (Cancellations Benchmark Table) of Schedule 7.1 (Performance Benchmarks);

  • ECMLCo has contravened the Cancellations Benchmark regime contained in Schedule 7.1 of the Terms (the “Relevant Terms”) by exceeding the Breach Performance Level in respect of Cancellations and Partial Cancellations as set out in Appendix 5 (Cancellations Benchmark Table) to the Franchise Agreement for Reporting Period 1205 (the “Contravention”).

  • So for example if prior to such exercise the Franchisee would have been entitled to receive a Cancellations Performance Sum of £100 for a particular level of performance against the Annual Cancellations Benchmark and after such exercise the Franchisee would only be entitled to receive a Cancellations Performance Sum of £50 for achieving the same level of performance, no adjustment shall be made to the Revised Inputs to reflect this.

  • Where the Secretary of State exercises his right pursuant to this paragraph 1.11, the relevant Cancellations Benchmark Table, Annual Cancellations Benchmark Table, TOC Minute Delay Benchmark Table and/or Annual TOC Minute Delay Benchmark Table, shall be deemed to have been amended accordingly.

  • For example if prior to such exercise the Franchisee would have been entitled to receive a Cancellations Performance Sum of one hundred pounds (£100) for a particular level of performance against the Annual Cancellations Benchmark and after such exercise the Franchisee would only be entitled to receive a Cancellations Performance Sum of fifty pounds (£50) for achieving the same level of performance, no adjustment shall be made to the Financial Model to reflect this.

  • Bidders shall provide their submissions based on not exceeding the Cancellations levels at Appendix 1 (Cancellations Benchmark Table) of Schedule 7.1 (Performance Benchmarks)of the Franchise Agreement.

  • Replacement Benchmark means a benchmark rate which is:

  • Safe haven means a readily recognizable and readily accessible site at which security is present or from which, in the event of an emergency, the transport crew can notify and wait for the local law enforcement authorities.

  • Feature Group D (FGD means the access available to all customers, providing trunk side access to a Party’s End Office Switches with an associated uniform 101XXXX access code for customer’s use in originating and terminating communications.
