Cancelation Policy. If the Renter cancels the event less than 45 days prior to the date of the rental, the Renter forfeits 50% of the Venue Rental Fee. If the Renter cancels the event less than 15 days prior to the date of the rental, then the Renter shall forfeit 100% of the Venue Rental Fee. Any rental fees for equipment and staffing shall be refunded in full upon cancelation.
