Cancel Date definition

Cancel Date. (or the “Not After Date”) means the latest date specified in the Purchase Order on which Academy may cancel the Purchase Order. If no Cancel Date is specified in the Purchase Order, Academy may cancel the Purchase Order at any time prior to the delivery of the Merchandise under such Purchase Order.
