Canadian Termination Date definition
Canadian Termination Date means the earlier to occur of (i) the date 30 Business Days prior to the Canadian Maturity Date and (ii) the date on which the Canadian Commitments are terminated or reduced to zero pursuant to Section 2.6.
Examples of Canadian Termination Date in a sentence
Such Canadian Facility Fee shall accrue from the Safeline Closing Date to the earlier of the Canadian Termination Date and the date on which the Canadian Commitments have been terminated in full and shall be due and payable quarterly in arrears on the last Business Day of each calendar quarter (commencing June 30, 1997) through the Canadian Termination Date or such earlier date as the Canadian Commitments have been terminated in full.
The aggregate amount of the Canadian Commitments shall be automatically and permanently reduced to zero on the Canadian Termination Date.
