Canada Terms apply to this Agreement if the Order lists Subscriber’s address in Canada, Latin America (excluding Mexico) or Asia; (c) “Europe Terms” apply to this Agreement if the Order lists Subscriber’s address in the European Union; (d) “UK Terms” apply to this Agreement if the Order lists Subscriber’s address in the United Kingdom.
