InvestCo was amalgamated with Canada SubCo pursuant to the provisions of the Business Corporations Act (Ontario) and the continuing entity, Canada SubCo, is a Guarantor.
Subco means 0731297 B.C. Ltd., a corporation existing under the laws of the Province of British Columbia and a wholly owned subsidiary of Kinder;
Acquisition Subsidiary has the meaning specified in Section 7.14.
Canadian Subsidiaries means the Subsidiaries (other than the Canadian Parent) organized under the laws of Canada or any province, territory or other political subdivision thereof.
CCA means the Connecting Care Act, 2019, and the regulations under it, as it and they may be amended from time to time;
Australian Subsidiary means any Subsidiary that is organized under the laws of Australia or any territory thereof.
