Campaign Services definition

Campaign Services means the services relating to the Campaign including but not limited to the registration of the Participants’ details on Walnut Wellness campaign platform by any of the Pharmacies’ personnel, provision of blood glucose screening services (finger- prick blood glucose test) and provision of post-screening consultation by the Pharmacies’ personnel.

Examples of Campaign Services in a sentence

  • For the avoidance of doubt, the Marketplace Services are wholly and completely separate from the Campaign Services.

  • Oppizi warrants that the Campaign and Distribution Services will be performed in a professional and workmanlike manner and will substantially conform to all specifications set forth in the SOW and/or Project Plan and for a period of seven (7) days after the Campaign Services and Distribution Services have been performed (“Warranty Period”).

  • Client’s sole and exclusive remedy and Oppizi entire liability shall be the re-performance of the applicable Campaign Services and/or Distribution Services.

  • If any Campaign Services and/or Distribution Services are not performed in substantial conformance with the SOW, Client will notify Oppizi, in writing, within the Warranty Period.

  • If ▇▇▇▇▇▇ is unable to re-perform the Campaign Services and/or Distribution Services, the Client will be entitled to recover the fees paid to Oppizi for the deficient Campaign Services and/or Distribution Services.

  • This Campaign Services Agreement is the complete and exclusive statement of the mutual understanding of the parties and supersedes and cancels all previous written and oral agreements and communications relating to the subject matter of this Campaign Services Agreement including, but not limited to.

  • Later Influence utilizes the Later Influence Platform and its proprietary Later Influence Data to provide the Campaign Services.

  • If an inconsistency exists between the terms of this Campaign Services Agreement and the terms of an SO, the terms of the SO will prevail for the purposes of that SO only.

  • Customer acknowledges and agrees that Later Influence is in the business of providing products and services to third parties which are or may be substantially similar to the Campaign Services being developed for Customer.

  • For clarity, termination of this Campaign Services Agreement will not relieve Customer of its obligation to pay Later Influence Fees under any applicable SOs. Sections 4, 5, 6.5, 7, 8, 9, 10, and 11 shall survive any termination or expiration of this Campaign Services Agreement.
