Campaign Fee definition

Campaign Fee means together the Campaign Report Fee and the Resin Price.
Campaign Fee means the campaign fee recorded in item 5 of the Schedule; 1.
Campaign Fee means the fee payable to Realla for each Campaign, as set out in the Realla Customer Contract or the Registration Form or if no Campaign Fee is specified, as set out on the Website from time to time;

Examples of Campaign Fee in a sentence

  • As between the Parties and subject to Section 11.4 (Selection Campaign Fee), each Party will bear its own costs and expenses incurred by or on behalf of it or its respective Affiliates in the performance of such Party’s respective Research activities under this Agreement.

  • If Nurix has performed Selection Campaigns on [*] Collaboration Targets, Gilead will pay the fee set forth in Section 11.4 (Selection Campaign Fee) for each Selection Campaign performed on any additional Target in excess of [*].

  • Any such cancellation shall be without prejudice to Global’s right to be paid the Campaign Fee due up to the date of such cancellation and the Agreement shall remain in full force and effect in relation to the Festival(s) and the Festival Rights.

  • The Cancellation Fee may include, as applicable as set forth in Schedule 4 and in accordance with the terms and conditions of this Agreement, the Development Batch Fee and/or the Validation Campaign Fee.

  • For clarity, Gilead will only pay one (1) Selection Campaign Fee for each Collaboration Target in excess of [*] as set forth in this Section 11.4 (Selection Campaign Fee).

  • Global reserves the right to withdraw at any time any credit arrangement extended to Client or Advertising Agency, in which case the outstanding Campaign Fee for the entire Campaign will become due immediately upon demand.
