Camp Supervisor definition
Camp Supervisor means an employee who is suitably qualified in the opinion of the employer, the general nature of whose duties is preparing the camp for guests, providing assistance to guests, preparing and serving meals, cleaning of camp and surrounds, tents and kitchen/dining areas, maintaining camp security, driving and guiding of day tours, providing assistance to tour groups, guiding duties as required, maintaining the tour schedule and ensuring OH&S obligations are met, maintaining high standards of hygiene and customer service at all times, assisting with pre & post camp set up, knock down, administration including bookings, stock control, staff rostering and supervision.
