Camp Materials definition
Camp Materials means items used to establish or facilitate occupancy of a Campsite, including tents, tarps, or other temporary structures, as well as large furniture, stoves, and other cooking instruments.
Camp Materials means, but is not limited to tents, huts, awnings, lean-tos, shacks, or other temporary structures, or parts thereof, tarps or tarpaulin, chairs, cots, beds, sleeping bags, blankets, sleeping or bedding materials, food or food storage items, and/or similar items that are or appear to be used for and aid living and/or sleeping outdoors. “Camp materials” does not include vehicles, automobiles, or recreational vehicles used for shelter and/or sleeping, which are regulated by Chapter 73 of this Code.
Camp Materials means items used to establish or facilitate occupancy of a Campsite, including tents, tarps, huts, awnings, lean-tos, or other temporary structures, as well as large furniture, stoves and other cooking instruments, and/or other collections of personal property that are, or reasonably appear to be, arranged and/or used as accommodations to camp.
