Shree Devipatan Dham Teerth Vikas Plan means the plan prepared under this Act for the development of the Devipatan region and for the development of infrastructure facilities for tourism and culture essentially for religious activities and Spiritual Tourism. The function of the trust would be for conservation of the Heritage, both tangible and intangible, in the Devipatan region;
