CAM Pipeline means the Clovelly-Alliance-Meraux Pipeline.

At or as promptly as practicable after Closing, Buyer shall deliver to Seller a duly executed CAM Pipeline Easement; provided that failure to so deliver the CAM Pipeline Easement shall not impact Seller’s continued ownership, use or operation of the CAM Pipeline after Closing as provided by Applicable Law.
For the avoidance of doubt, Buyer’s delivery of the CAM Pipeline Easement shall be at no cost to Seller (except that Seller shall bear the fees and expenses incurred by it in preparing and recording the CAM Pipeline Easement).
