Calyx or “Calyces” means the leaf-like structure composing the outermost part of a flower. This structure often encloses and protects a bud and may remain after a fruit forms.

  • Calyx will make reasonable commercial efforts to electronically notify Subscriber of any significant changes.

  • Calyx has the right to track all installations of the Software and the use of Interfaces (as defined above) included in the Software.

  • Calyx reserves the right to determine the method by which the Software is deployed to Subscriber.

  • Calyx reserves the right to revise its refund policies at any time, without notice.

  • Calyx reserves the right to discontinue production and distribution of any versions of the Software.
