Calling Notice definition

Calling Notice means a notice issued pursuant to paragraph 2.8 of Schedule 22, Part B (Acceptance of Infrastructure Works) notifying attendees of the date and time of the relevant Acceptance Board; CDM Regulations has the meaning given to it in Clause 24 (Definitions);
Calling Notice shall have the meaning set forth in Section 5.10.
Calling Notice means the calling notice disseminated to the shareholders of the Guarantor on September 23, 2009 seeking to solicit the vote of the shareholders of the Guarantor necessary to obtain the Required Shareholder Approval, as attached in Annex D.
