  • Tier I Agent, Eighty percent (80%) of Two percent (2%) of Mortgage Company, calls will be answered in monthly invoice for and Technical sixty (60) seconds or these Call Types.

  • In the event that the Requesting Licensee no longer provides and maintains sufficient Dedicated Emergency Call Interconnection Links for the conveyance of Emergency Calls, SingTel shall cease to supply the Emergency Call Service for all Call Type(s) implemented pursuant to this Schedule.

  • For clarity, Vendor is expected to maintain Service Levels for all other Call Types during Mock CAT.
