Call Service means the service that we provide to you that allows you to make and receive telephone calls in accordance with the terms of your Contract and any additional telecommunications services requested by you which, for the avoidance of doubt, may include without limitation international access;

Call Service means voice services provided by Us using PSTN or VoIP technology;

• We will continue to provide the Local Access Call Service to you until it is cancelled or transferred in accordance with our CRA.

• If a Fixed Call Service Contract is terminated or upgraded by Customer prior to the usage of all Fixed Calls, Customer shall be invoiced and shall pay for the remaining unused Calls.

• After we accept your Application for the Service and we receive your transfer authority selecting us to supply the Local Access Call Service, we will try to connect the Local Access Call Service within a reasonable period.

• How-to activate: The Emergency Call Service is already activated when the vehicle is handed over to the customer.

• This estimate assumes: underground utilities at proposed boring locations will be cleared by One Call Service and/or private property maintenance personnel; boring locations and elevations will be surveyed by others; and that the sites will be accessible to our truck-mounted equipment; and, environmental sampling/ handling/ transportation/ disposal are not in the scope of this project.
