Dental Indicator #1: Each offender who submits a Sick Call Request for Dental Services will be physically triaged within 48 hours, Sunday through Thursday or within 72 hours on Friday and Saturday.
Mental Health Indicator #4: Each offender on outpatient status, who submits a Sick Call Request for Mental Health Services, will be physically triaged within 48 hours Sunday through Thursday or 72 hours on Friday and Saturday.
