Call Record definition

Call Record shall include identification of any VOIP Traffic as VOIP Traffic, as well as at least one of the following: charge number, Calling Party Number (“CPN”), or Automatic Number Identifier. In addition, a “Call Record” may include any other information agreed upon by both Parties to be used for identifying the jurisdiction of the call or for assessing applicable intercarrier compensation charges. If the Forbearance Order and/or the FCC VOIP Order (as such terms are defined in Section 3.2) render this definition of “Call Record” to be inapplicable for the purpose of determining the jurisdiction of the call, the Parties will negotiate to agree upon any other information to be used prospectively for identifying the jurisdiction of a call and/or for assessing applicable intercarrier compensation charges as a replacement for charge number, CPN, or ANI.
Call Record means a record that provides key data about individual telephone calls. It includes originating telephone number, terminating telephone number, billing telephone number (if different from originating or terminating number) time and date of call, duration of call, long distance carrier (if applicable), and other data necessary to properly rate and bill the call.
Call Record means that information relating to a Call as is required by LIFFE and logged into HEAT in such format as is specified by LIFFE.

  • Except as may be required by Applicable Law or as may be agreed upon in writing by the Parties (any such agreement not to be unreasonably withheld), the Originating Party shall not (i) to the extent technically feasible, remove such Call Records, (ii) alter or replace such Call Records, or (iii) insert or add any Call Record information (such as Charge Number) that does not correspond to the local calling area of the Calling Customer.

  • For each response to a system failure or damage, fill out a Contractor Maintenance Emergency Call Record (Form EL- 11C) and place it in a plastic pocket mounted inside the cabinet door of each controller cabinet.

  • The HV Call Notice shall state the record date (the “HV Call Record Date”) for which Unitholders shall be determined for purposes of the purchase of the Units pursuant to the High-Value Call Option, which shall be a date not less than 15 nor more than 30 days after the date of the HV Call Notice.

  • In the event of a conflict or inconsistency between the Call Record information in this Agreement and the Call Record information published on Midco’s website, the terms posted on Midco’s website shall control.

  • The Auto Call Record Option service includes 1 GB of space to host call recordings (additional storage may be purchased).

  • If the customer subscribes to certain types of subscriptions for TDC’s mobile services, the customer may, against payment, choose TDC Secure Call Record- ing 48 Hours.
