Call-Off Services definition

Call-Off Services means the Services which a CAEHRS Provider is contracted to provide to the Authority or any Other Contracting Body under a Call-Off Contract.
Call-Off Services means the provision of H & S Works, Additional H & S Works and/or other works or services to be provided by the Contractor arising from the occurrence of a Call Off Event in accordance with the Call Off Protocol;
Call-Off Services means the Services set out in the Award Letter

Examples of Call-Off Services in a sentence

  • G1.2 If the Contractor does not return the Order Form within the time limit stipulated by the Contracting Body under Clause G1.1, then the offer from the Contracting Body to the Contractor may be withdrawn and the Contracting Body may offer that Order to the CAEHRS Provider that submitted the next most economically advantageous tender in accordance with the relevant Call-Off Services Award Criteria, without any liability to the Contractor.

  • The Contractor may not obtain any third party revenue, income or credit based on the Services and/or any Call-Off Services and/or copyright works delivered under this CAEHRS without the Approval of the Authority.

  • The Parties shall comply with the provisions of Schedule 15 (Continuous Improvement and Benchmarking) in relation to the benchmarking of any or all of the Services and/or any Call-Off Services.
