The Call-Off Notice will become effective when it has been signed by both parties.
If the Call-Off Notice is a fixed-fee or lump sum Contract, the Consultant shall be entitled to that proportion of the Call-Off Notice Ceiling Amount, which represents the work completed or Services provided up until the date of termination.

The Schedules attached hereto shall apply to this Framework Agreement and to each Call-Off Notice and shall have the same force and effect as if fully set forth in this Framework Agreement and each Call-Off Notice.
