Call-off date definition

Call-off date means the date agreed by the Parties by which the Committed Volume of SIM Cards will be ordered by the Customer, in respect of which a failure to achieve the Committed Volume by such date shall entitle SYNDICO DISTRIBUTION LTD to ▇▇▇▇ for the same;
Call-off date means the date by which the SIM cards detailed under the Committed or Target will be delivered to you.
Call-off date has the meaning given to it in clause 4.2(e)(ii) of Section 1.

Related to Call-off date

  • Subsequent Cut-off Date With respect to those Subsequent Mortgage Loans sold to the Trust Fund pursuant to a Subsequent Transfer Instrument, the later of (i) first day of the month in which the related Subsequent Transfer Date occurs or (ii) the date of origination of such Mortgage Loan.

  • Notice Cut-off Date means the date specified as such in the Conversion Shares Settlement Request Notice, which date shall be at least forty (40) Business Days following the Suspension Date.

  • Series Cut-Off Date means the date designated as such in the Series Term Sheet.

  • Initial Cut-Off Date With respect to any Initial Mortgage Loan, the later of (i) the date of origination of such Mortgage Loan and (ii) November 1, 2006. Initial Cut-off Date Pool Principal Balance: $799,232,004.

  • Removal Cut-Off Date means, with respect to the Removed Accounts, .
