Call Notices means the call notices, addressed to each of the Subordinated Noteholders in the form of Exhibit A to the Note Purchase Agreement, executed by the Issuer dated as of the Closing Date.

Examples of Call Notices in a sentence

  • Subject again to the provisions of this Section 2(f), the Company may deliver subsequent Call Notices for any portion of this Warrant for which the Holder shall not have delivered a Notice of Exercise.
