Call Member(s) definition

Call Member(s) is defined in Section 12.5.2(a).
Call Member(s) shall have the meaning set forth in Section 8.7(b).

Examples of Call Member(s) in a sentence

  • The Electing Call Members shall have five (5) days from the date of such second notice to agree to purchase their pro rata share (or such greater amount as the Electing Call Members agree upon) of all or any part of the Termination Units not purchased by such other Class A Members.

  • On Duty: a member is considered on duty in the following circumstances: Operational On Call: Members required to be available to take operational calls during off duty hours, which may include days off, and attend occurrences or incidents when appropriate.
