Call Back means calling of an employee to duty after he has reported off duty and before he is next scheduled for work.
Call-by-call basis means any method of charging for telecommunications services where the price is measured by individual calls.
Call and Put Redemption Amount means GBP 1 per Preference Share.
Call Date The date on which the Call Right may be exercised, as specified in the applicable Supplement.
Call and Put Period means the period commencing on and including the Issue Date to and including the day after 14 April 2022 or, if such date is not a Business Day, the next following Business Day.
