Calibration Charge(s) definition

Calibration Charge(s) means the sum payable by the customer to Provider in return for the calibration of the Equipment.

  • Where the Services are suspended pursuant to this clause 12 the Customer must pay the Maintenance, Managed Services and Calibration Charges until this Agreement is terminated.
