Calendar year cap definition
Calendar year cap or “cap” means the tax credit amount prescribed by A.R.S. § 41-1512(J) for allocation under the Qualified Facility Program. The cap is available for allocation in a specific calendar year.
Calendar year cap means the limitation prescribed by A.R.S. § 41-1525(D) on the number of Program tax credits allocable in a specific calendar year.
