Calculation Losses definition

Calculation Losses means any losses suffered by a Contractowner, Third Party Administrator, Fund or Separate Account directly caused by an error in a Net Asset Value or Unit Value, or by the delivery to Lincoln Life or any Fund of a Net Asset Value or Unit Value after the applicable deadline provided for in Section 2.1; provided, however, that such losses shall not include any consequential damages.
